Tips for skin care with green tea


Green tea offers many benefits for skin care in general. It contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and antibacterial properties. About a third of the dry weight of green tea leaves is composed of flavonoid antioxidants called catechins. Catechins are effective because they simply hold on and block bacterial proteins from adhering to the cell walls. This affects the ability of bacteria to destroy cells. Antioxidants slow down the signs of aging externally and provide beneficial vitamins for overall health of the skin when taken internally.

The most important antioxidants in green tea, EGCG (epigallocatechin3-gallate), was found 100 times more effective than vitamin C and 25 times more potent than vitamin E. Research suggests that this drink, rich in antioxidants can inhibit skin cancer due to its protective properties . A report from the University of Maryland Medical Center proposes to publish that green tea directly to the skin (or consumed) contributed to the blockage caused by skin cancer the sun, so you see more and more, is in sunscreens, moisturizers and other skin care creams and lotions.

Steep tea leaves in boiling water for 20 minutes. Cool and strain the liquid into a sterilized bottle and refrigerate. The soothing solution should keep for at least a week in the refrigerator.

3rd As an antifungal foot bath. Soak, rinse the feet are not in one liter of solution and pacifier.

4th As a mouthwash.

9th As a solution for the new nursing mother, who suffers from cracking and bleeding nipples. Simply spray on a lollipop solution to two cotton pads or nursing pads and place them in a bra for 10-15 minutes after each feeding.

Chilled spent tea bags (preferably green tea clear) can also be used for eye care and breast cancer.

Spent tea leaves can be dried after mixing crushed and then sprinkled in shoes and socks to help keep feet healthy.
